VVT is an interim agency focused on building and maintaining a talent pool of top professionals in their fields. Our goal is to find the best experts and executives for the labor market. We offer career opportunities for professionals and executives, and help organizations retain and find new employees, shape organizational culture, and design compensation systems.
VVT adheres to the following principles for processing personal data:
- Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
- Personal data is collected and processed for specified and legitimate purposes.
- Personal data is relevant, necessary, and accurate, and is updated when needed; corrections are ensured.
- VVT retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the data subject, according to agreed retention periods with partners and as required by law. Non-personalized data is retained indefinitely.
VVT has considered data protection issues and implemented various measures to ensure data security, including encryption, pseudonymization, and password-protected authentication.
When selecting technical partners, VVT emphasizes data protection and requires compliance with data protection rules.
Personal Data Processed
VVT processes personal data entered by the data subject into the Talent Pool, received from contractual partners, and collected by VVT itself, including data from website traffic and campaign analytics (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, the VVT website, Google Analytics).
We may process the following personal data:
- Full name, personal ID code, email address, phone number, residence, Skype ID, social profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), language skills, skills listed on the CV (e.g., hobbies, software skills), business and volunteer experience, memberships in organizations, job expectations (e.g., salary, employer preferences), descriptions of suitable roles, references, work experience, salary info, education, training, participation in VVT trainings (incl. attendance, payments, feedback), overview of service usage (e.g., career counseling), professional profile (strengths, values, competencies), test results, recruitment process results (e.g., passed/not passed, withdrawal), interview summaries.
If you register on the VVT platform: username and password will be stored, along with logs of IP address, sessions, and queries, plus security logs tracking login/logout events.
During the application process, our consultants may add:
- Interview notes and profile clarifications
- Email communication history
- Suggested positions
- Keywords to enable quick profile search
Data Location and Sharing
VVT does not disclose or grant access to personal data to third parties. Only authorized VVT staff or partners (e.g., software developers, IT providers) have access to our system and data.
As part of the service, VVT may share personal data with third parties (primarily employers) who ensure adequate data protection and have signed a confidentiality agreement.
VVT’s partners may include government institutions and companies in Estonia and other countries deemed by the European Commission to offer an adequate level of data protection.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data is processed to provide VVT services, operate our online platform, and fulfill legal obligations.
Legal grounds include:
- Consent – freely given by the data subject for one or more purposes; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Contract – for fulfilling an agreement or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract.
- Legal obligation – for fulfilling legal requirements (e.g., accounting, employment laws, and training institution regulations).
- Legitimate interest – unless overridden by the rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests may include direct marketing, service improvement, IT security, and fraud prevention. VVT carefully assesses the legitimacy of such interests.
Automated Data Processing
Used for:
- Users registered in the Talent Pool who have opted to receive relevant interim, job, or training offers.
- Targeted searches within the Talent Pool based on system-supported criteria (e.g., role, experience, field) for personalized offers. This is based on user consent and may be withdrawn.
The logic behind such decisions is based on the information the user has provided in the Talent Pool.
Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request corrections
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
- Oppose automated decision-making (including profiling)
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

VVT uses cookies to enable and enhance platform functionality and analytics.
